Adult Programs
1. Adults Experiencing ADHD Workshop (registration deadline March 6, 2024)
For 18+
Have you been diagnosed with ADHD or have symptoms and would like to understand more? These 2 sessions will offer education, coping tools, and strategies, as well as support for individuals experiencing ADHD in their lives.

2. Anger Awareness (registration deadline March 29, 2024) $100/person.
For 18+
Do you lose your temper and do and say things you regret after? Do friends, family, or co-workers say you have anger issues? Are you looking for more information? The Anger Awareness Workshop provides a non-judgmental space where you can get answers to your questions, learn skills to handle this complex emotion, and become empowered to manage anger effectively in your life. Upon the workshop completion, a certificate will be provided.

3. Family Violence Women’s Support Group (registration on-going)
For women 18+
Have you been subjected to abuse (emotional, sexual, financial, psychological, physical, and/or spiritual) in a relationship? This group provides a safe and supportive environment for women to connect with others who share similar experiences. Guest speakers from partner agencies in the community will be included.

Parenting Programs
4. Parenting Children with ADHD ZOOM (registration deadline March 20, 2024)
For parents/caregivers of children 5 - 12 years (ADULTS ONLY)
Do you have a child diagnosed with ADHD, or are wondering if your child might have ADHD? Parents/caregivers will have an opportunity to send in questions prior to the ZOOM session, at which time these questions will be discussed. This allows parents to have more access to a Parent Coach who can support them between regular workshops. This 1-hour session provides an opportunity to connect, network, and share experiences with other families who are navigating similar challenges.
**Each parent registering, must fill out a registration form.

5. Triple P: Raising Resilient Children (registration deadline March 5, 2024)
For parents/caregivers of children 7 - 12 years (ADULTS ONLY)
Would you like to help your child be better at managing their emotions? Would you like your child to be able to manage stress better and cope with feelings in a positive way? Parents/caregivers of tweens, 7 – 12 years, who want to be prepared to face the teen years with as much confidence and parenting knowledge as possible should plan to attend this group. During this group we will focus on six key skills to help your child recognize and accept feelings, express feelings and manage stress in healthy ways.
**Each parent registering, must fill out a registration form.
