1.  Anger Awareness (registration deadline March 29, 2024) $100/person.

For 18+

Do you lose your temper and do and say things you regret after?  Do friends, family, or co-workers say you have anger issues? Are you looking for more information? The Anger Awareness Workshop provides a non-judgmental space where you can get answers to your questions, learn skills to handle this complex emotion, and become empowered to manage anger effectively in your life. Upon the workshop completion, a certificate will be provided.

Friday, April 5, 2024, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. & Saturday, April 6, 2024, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
